1. Who we are
WebCo Analytics ("WebCo", "we", "our") provides AI-powered analytics. You can reach us at IsiahMelloLuna@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth when you choose it).
- Workspace data: the datasets, connections, chat questions, and insights you create inside WebCo.
- Usage data: basic activity logs we use to keep WebCo working and secure.
3. How we use it
- To provide the WebCo product, including AI-generated insights, forecasts, and chat responses.
- To authenticate you and protect your account.
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
4. AI processing
When you ask WebCo a question or generate insights, summaries of your dataset are sent to AI model providers strictly to produce that response. Inputs are not used to train third-party models.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI gateway) as required to run the service, and when legally required.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account or any specific data, email IsiahMelloLuna@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security per workspace.
8. Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you in-app or by email before the change takes effect.
