1. Agreement
By creating a WebCo account or using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by WebCo Analytics.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, harassment, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No reverse engineering or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- You will only upload data you have the right to analyze.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (analytics, AI insights, storage). See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. AI output
WebCo's AI-generated insights, forecasts, and chat answers are provided as analytical aids and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify before making business decisions.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your workspace data is removed within 30 days unless required by law to retain.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebCo Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
